Professor Michał Jank, DVM, PhD, is Professor at the Poznań University of Life Sciences, Poland, in the Department of Preclinical Sciences and Infectious Diseases. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and PhD from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and was awarded the title of Professor in veterinary medicine by the President of the Republic of Poland in 2020. Professor Jank has extensive academic and research experience in veterinary sciences, including positions at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and Poznań University of Life Sciences. His research focuses on veterinary physiology, nutrition, pharmacology, and molecular biology, particularly in areas related to metabolic regulation and gene expression. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and over 40 book chapters, and has presented widely at international conferences. His work has contributed significantly to the understanding of molecular mechanisms in animal health and disease.
