Dr. Ya-Pei Kelly Chang, DVM, MVM, PhD, Dipl. ECVN, is a board-certified veterinary neurologist and Associate Professor at the School of Veterinary Medicine, National Taiwan University. She also serves as Director of the Surgery Department and neurologist at the National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Chang received her veterinary degree from National Taiwan University and completed a residency and master’s degree in veterinary neurology at the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. Dr. Chang is a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Neurology and a founding diplomate of the Asian College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. Her clinical expertise includes small animal neurology, neurosurgery, and neuroimaging. Her research interests focus on epilepsy, inflammatory central nervous system diseases, and novel therapeutic approaches for neurological disorders in companion animals.
