Dr. Thomas Ber-In Lee, DVM, MVM, MS, DACVR (Radiation Oncology), is a board-certified veterinary radiation oncologist and Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Veterinary Medicine from National Taiwan University and later obtained a Master of Science while completing a radiation oncology residency at Colorado State University. Dr. Lee’s research focuses on advanced radiation therapy techniques and translational oncology, including ultra-high dose rate (FLASH) radiation therapy, tumor immune microenvironment modulation, and radioimmunotherapy combinations. His clinical interests include advanced radiation therapy planning, treatment of complex tumors in companion animals, and novel radiation-based therapies for both neoplastic and non-neoplastic diseases.
