Dr. Manfred Hochleithner, DVM, is a Diplomate of the European College of Zoological Medicine (Avian) and an internationally recognized specialist in avian and exotic animal medicine. He graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna and has dedicated his career to the clinical care of birds and exotic species. Dr. Hochleithner is the Head of Tierarztpraxis Strebersdorf in Vienna, Austria. He has authored more than 50 scientific papers and book chapters and has delivered lectures in over 35 countries across five continents. He previously served as President of the Austrian Small Animal Association and currently serves as President of the Vienna Veterinary Chamber.
