Dr. Chih-Fan (Jeff) Chiang is a board-certified veterinary nutritionist specializing in small animal clinical nutrition. He obtained his DVM from National Taiwan University and his Master of Preventive Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis. Dr. Chiang previously served as a staff veterinarian at the UC Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital, where he provided clinical nutrition consultations, conducted research, and taught veterinary students and house officers. His research interests include obesity, nutritional metabolism, and clinical dietary management in dogs and cats. Dr. Chiang has published several peer-reviewed articles and frequently lectures internationally on evidence-based clinical nutrition for companion animals.
