Certificate of Attendance

You can download the certificate of attendance on my page after the congress.

Payment Methods

Payment can only be made by credit card. Wire transfer is available for group registrations only.

Credit Card ( Visa / MasterCard / JCB )

Visa, Master Card, and JCB are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all the relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly stated if it differs from the name of the registrant.

Cancellation Policy

* Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat via email at fasava2026@gmail.com.

Cancellation On or before June 30, 2026	Full refund
Cancellation during July 1 - September 30, 2026	80% refund of the full payment
Cancellation during October 1 - October 25, 2026	50% refund of the full payment
Cancellation After October 25, 2026	No refund * including no-shows in the congress
